This presentation is all about “Brain Breaks” but for the  general ED & APE teacher they actually are great indoor PE activities. A session packed with easy activities to add to your bag of tricks and easy enough for your classroom teachers to do as well. Each activity is only 3-4 minutes requiring little or no equipment.
